The Real NYC Housewives: The Ultimate Frenimies!

Q-Girls Party Review from Guest Blogger Devon

Heather and Sacha, Q-Girls party organizers, did a fabulous job finding a new place for the summer rooftop parties! Social Bar is really social – from the crowd to the bartenders…

The ladies who come are really diverse – all ages, races, sexual orientations, and economic classes. The outdoor patio was lovely, except for the constant smoking – the only bad thing I had to say about the party - in between gasps of fresh air.

The gals mingled with those they didn’t know. The phrase of the night was, "I’ve seen you before at Q-girls, what’s your name?"

There were plenty of former lovers and ex-s on hand to be ogled and ignored, and of course those seeking to be noticed but not talked to. There was a discrete pick-up scene too which you needed to look carefully to notice. A few ladies danced, but the crowd flow prevented a true dance floor from taking hold.

Looking forward to the next party!

Are you Social?

Party promoters Sascha and Heather, the dynamic duo behind the Q-Girls party at Elmo’s have launched a new Wednesday night after work party at Social Bar (795 Eighth Ave. between 48th and 49th Street.) When we heard the bar had a rooftop H and I grabbed our cigarettes and umbrellas and got ready to check it out.

Up Up and Away

Upstairs the room was already packed at 8:30 pm and professional ladies were mingling with enticing entrepreneurs. Everyone was glad to get together and have a cocktail on hump day.

United Colors of Benetton

These lovely ladies struck a pose for the blogger- razzi. Thanks ladies!

Diva in da House!

Spotted: Danielle looking stunning in a black blouse, leather skirt and fur vest.
You better work!

Are you on Top of my Roof?

The rooftop scene was major with the ladies flirting, laughing and exchanging pleasantries.

Into the Garden of Eden ...

Despite the rain, we decided to go downtown to the Eden party at Country (248 W 14th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues) The party is hosted by legendary party promoter Maggie C and we hear that New York Magazine voted this hot spot the “Best Lesbian Party of 2008” Well, it’s 2009 let’s see if that still holds true …

Ya Down Wid This?

We met this cool chic as soon as we got there, with a pose like that how could the blogger-razzi resist??

Everybody Dance!

The room was packed with hot girls and the music was a fierce mix of 80’s classics and top 40 hits.

Are You Feeling It?

This chic was spreading her wings when the DJ played Journey's “More Than a Feeling.” We wonder if she will spread something else tonight …

GoldiLocks??

We love a hot girl who knows how to accessorize. Check out her blonde hair, golden jacket and tawny beer. Work it girl!

Somebody Tell Me ...

The DJ played “Everything She Wants” by Wham! and Eso swayed to the music like it was 1984.

Peace on Earth

These kids know how to have a good time in the VIP lounge at Eden.

Who's In my Booth?

EDEN's resident DJ, shErOck was really getting into it!
